1. Operator

2. Place of processing

The service’s server is located in the Russian Federation. Data processing is carried out in the Russian Federation.

3. User files

Files processed in the browser are not sent to the server. Files for server-side tools (conversion of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to PDF and of PDF to Word with layout preserved, text recognition, compression, PDF/A, repair, setting and removing passwords) are transmitted over HTTPS without their original names, processed in memory, and deleted immediately after the result is delivered. Files, their contents, and passwords are not stored, viewed, or shared with third parties.

4. Logs and statistics

Request logs with IP addresses are not kept. For overload protection, the IP address is used only in memory for no longer than 10 minutes. Anonymous statistics are kept: at the time of the request, the country, region, and city are determined from the IP address (using a database on the server, without sharing with third parties), after which the address is discarded; only counters are saved — the number of visits and operations by day, region, and tool, and their volume. File names and contents are not included in the statistics. To count unique visitors, a keyed hash of the IP address is used; the key changes daily and is not stored.

5. Cookies and Yandex services

The site displays ad units from the Yandex Advertising Network and a Yandex Metrica counter. These services use cookies and process the visitor’s technical data (IP address, browser and device information, page address) under the rules of YANDEX LLC, a Russian company. Metrica Session Replay (Webvisor) is disabled. Information about processed files is not transmitted to these services.

6. Opting out of cookies

You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings. The service’s tools will keep working.
