Servers in Russia

The service’s server is located in Russia, and all data processing takes place in the Russian Federation. Most tools work right in your browser — those files aren’t sent anywhere at all.

No sign-up, no file storage

The service doesn’t ask you to sign up and doesn’t store files. Everything possible runs right in your browser; the rest runs on the server in memory, without writing to disk and without logs of IP addresses. The service is free and supported by ads.

For documents with personal data

The tools are suitable for contracts, statements, court documents, and passport scans: the file isn’t saved on the server or in the browser after you close the page.

Is it really free?

Yes. No sign-up is needed; the service is supported by ads. While the service is in development, temporary limits apply: up to 50 files per session, files up to 30 MB for server-side tools and up to 100 MB for browser-based ones.

Where are my files processed?

Most tools work right in your browser — the file never leaves your computer or phone. The rest process the file on a server in Russia: in memory, without writing to disk, and deleted immediately after the response. Each tool’s page says where it works.

Are files kept after processing?

No. Results are kept only in the open browser tab and disappear when you refresh or close it. On the server, files are deleted immediately after the response, and no logs with IP addresses are kept.

What is the “Created with pdfhelp.ru” note on the result?

It’s a small caption in the bottom-right corner of pages in free results. With a paid access promo code, documents come without the caption.

Does the service work on a phone?

Yes, all tools work in mobile browsers. For large files and OCR, a computer is more convenient: a phone may run out of memory.
