Helps with interrupted downloads, a damaged cross-reference table, and errors from the software that created the file. If the page data isn’t in the file, it can’t be recovered.

Which files can be repaired?

Files with a damaged structure: incompletely downloaded, saved with an error, or with a broken cross-reference table. If the page data isn’t in the file, it can’t be recovered.

The file was only partially repaired

The service saves everything it could read. If the original is in your email or cloud storage, try downloading it again.

The file won’t open because of a password

That isn’t damage. If you know the password, use “Unlock PDF”.
